Kayla Morales - Certified Life Coach
Becoming a youth life coach isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. As a teenager, I faced my own struggles, and the adults who showed up for me made all the difference. They gave me the respect, guidance, and choices I needed to find my way. That experience shaped my purpose: to be that trusted mentor for the next generation.
My journey hasn’t been easy. I was born in India, adopted and raised by a strong, unmarried woman who taught me the value of hard work. Growing up, I struggled deeply with adoption and abandonment issues. I lost someone who was like a mother to me, and those I thought were my friends bullied me relentlessly. The toughest blow came when my only parent—my adoptive mother—passed away, leaving me to navigate adulthood on my own.
Looking back, I know that having a life coach as a teenager and young adult would have made a world of difference for me. I needed someone who truly understood what I was going through—someone who could have helped me process my emotions, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience. I often felt lost, like I had to figure everything out alone. A coach could have provided guidance, a safe space to talk, and the tools to develop a stronger mindset. That’s exactly why I do this work now—because I want young women to have the support I didn’t always have.
For over 13 years, I taught high school, helping students navigate not just math equations but the challenges of growing up—academic pressure, friendships, confidence, and life’s big transitions. While I loved teaching, I realized that success in school and beyond isn’t just about what happens in the classroom. It’s about mindset, resilience, and having the right support system. That’s why I expanded my impact beyond education and became a life coach, specializing in working with teen girls and young women.
As a coach, teens trust me because I get it. I’ve walked through many of the same struggles they face, and I meet them where they are—with empathy, understanding, and strategies that work. Parents trust me because I bring years of experience in education, along with professional training in coaching. I hold a Master’s of Education degree and have pursued specialized coaching certifications to ensure I provide the best possible guidance.
If you’re looking for a life coach for teens, I make it easy! I work with young women from all over via video sessions, so they can connect from wherever they feel most comfortable. Whether they need help with self-confidence, stress, goal-setting, or making sense of what’s next, I’m here to support them in creating a life they love.
