Kayla Morales - Certified Life Coach

Becoming a life coach for women isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am.

Like so many women, my story is layered with loss, healing, and learning how to begin again. I was born in India, adopted, and raised by a strong, single mother who taught me the meaning of resilience. But behind that strength, I carried deep struggles—identity, abandonment, grief, and later, anxiety and self-doubt that shaped much of my young adult life.

After a 7-year marriage ended in divorce, I found myself unraveling. The life I had built no longer fit, and I was left questioning everything—my worth, my voice, my future. I struggled to love myself, to trust myself, and to believe I deserved more than just surviving.

That season changed everything for me. And it’s why I do the work I do now.

Coaching became the space where I learned to reconnect with myself—and now, I hold that same space for other women who are picking up the pieces of their lives and trying to move forward with honesty and hope.

For over 13 years, I worked in education, but I realized transformation doesn’t just happen in systems—it happens in safe, intentional spaces where you can show up as you are. That’s what I offer through coaching.

Whether you’re navigating divorce, anxiety, low self-worth, burnout, or a quiet ache for more—coaching with me is a space to feel seen, reflect deeply, and take steps forward that actually feel good to your soul. I bring both lived experience and professional training to each session, blending real empathy with practical guidance.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.
If you’re ready to feel more like you again, I’d be honored to walk with you.
